RosieBloom is a small, independently-run business. As a solo entrepreneur, I personally handle every order with care and attention. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to get your products to you as quickly as possible!

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As a one-person operation, I ask for your patience during busy periods or if you order during a sale or holiday season. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping: From orders over $69.00 
  • Standard Shipping: $5.99
  • Express Shipping: $13.99

Shipping Restrictions Due to the nature of our organic skincare products, we may be unable to ship to certain locations during extreme weather conditions to preserve product integrity.

Delivery Timeframes Please allow 3-10 business days total for your order to arrive (1-5 days processing + 2-5 days shipping). During peak seasons or holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. Thank you for supporting a small business!

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at Rosiebloombusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. I'll work with you personally to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
