My Journey to Natural Beauty

I grew up in the French countryside near Bordeaux, where life was rooted in the land. Our food came from our garden, our neighbors’ farms — vegetables, fruits, eggs, chickens, fresh milk. Before homework, before anything else, tending to the garden was my priority. I was always earth-connected, hands deep in the soil, until the day I left for university and the world of science pulled me in a different direction.

As an Organic Chemistry Ph.D., I spent years working with harsh chemicals in the name of scientific research. Yet even then, my love for nature never left me. As early as 2010, I was crafting my own natural skincare products at home — face masks, creams, foundations, toothpaste, deodorant, and beyond — drawing inspiration from AromaZone recipes and blending the intelligence of science with the healing power of nature.

In 2014, burnout brought everything to a halt. I stepped away from my career and set off on a transformative journey around the world. Traveling through Africa, Asia, and South America, I experienced a deep reconnection to nature, simplicity, and nourishment. I watched women with luminous, radiant skin who relied on nothing more than pure botanicals gifted by the earth — women who spent their days under an intense sun yet glowed with effortless beauty. There was a quiet wisdom in their rituals that modern life had made me forget.

In 2015, I became pregnant during my travels, and everything shifted even deeper. I made a decision: no more store-bought chemicals — not on me, not on my babies. With my chemistry background and everything I had witnessed, I committed fully to creating my own formulas using only organic, natural ingredients.

The results were remarkable. Despite the exhaustion of new motherhood and breastfeeding, my skin became radiant. The persistent breakouts, greasy T-zone, and dry patches that had plagued me for 25 years — despite every dermatologist-recommended product — finally disappeared. Those harsh creams had only damaged my skin’s protective barrier (and the fabric of my pillowcases — yes, really! 😄), leaving it vulnerable to daily pollution. My oil and butter-based formulas allowed my skin to heal itself, naturally restoring its protective power.

People are often surprised when I share my age and ask for my secret. I began sharing my creams, balms, and recipes with friends. The feedback was overwhelming — especially from busy mothers who loved the results but simply didn’t have the time to make their own. They encouraged me to start a business.

Ten years later, here I am. My mission is to help women reclaim their natural power and beauty. You don’t need to hide behind harmful cosmetics — you’re already beautiful. I want you to see your clean, authentic beauty reflected in healthy, nourished skin. It’s the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing before bed, so make it an act of self-love.

As a healer, I infuse each product with intention: to help you feel confident, boost your self-esteem, and love yourself deeply.

I hope you’ll love these products as much as I’ve loved creating them. Please reach out with any questions.

With all my heart and love,
Cecile 🌿
